shipping address not showing

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.5

Hey,

I have a problem with the shipping address in my order confirmation email. It shows the invoice address when the order is confirmed through the order. When I manually change the status and check the box to inform the customer, it shows the shipping address correctly. Is this a bug? What info do you need?

Hi,

If the shipping address doesn't appear it's usually because there is no shipping method linked to the order.
Is that the case when you get the email without the shipping address ?

There is a shipping address. And it's also visible when I change the status manually and select the inform client checkbox.

Hi,

I said "shipping method", not "shipping address".

And yes you can give confidential information like this. However, we would need also information on how to reproduce the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for the access but unfortunately, I couldn't check much so far.
I tried to follow your instructions.
However, whenever I try to login with the account you provided or register on the checkout, I get a strange page. I tried several times, only to get blocked by admintools and now I can't even access the backend to check things out.
Are you able to login/register on your checkout ?
Could you unban me ?
Maybe you need to provide more precise instructions for me to reproduce the issue ?

Thanks. I was able to proceed to an order.
However, I didn't see the problem. The email had the shipping address.

I wasn't able to change my shipping address during the checkout. I got blocked again while trying.
Could you explain precisely what is wrong where ? And how to reproduce with precise steps so that I don't get blocked ?

The only thing I noted was that the "order status notification" email has been overridden based on the 2.5.0 version of HikaShop. So the code there is a bit old.
