google adwords and dynamic remarketing plugin

Hi,

In Google analytics all the paid orders are shown from Hikashop, but I can't get the orders that are made through adwords recognized. These orders are visible in analytics, but not as Adwords orders. I've put all the nescessary tags (Global site tag, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), they are active and running, but almost all the orders are paid for afterwards (mostly with iDEAL, a Dutch payment system). When will the HikaShop Google Dynamic Remarketing plugin be activated and will it send the nescessary code to Google?

I made two testorders (1 direct and 1 through adwords), see screenshot.
