Backend Display Issue

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.6

After updating to 4.5.0, I have the attached display issue for the filtering on orders. I cannot expand or see the selections for order status with the exception of a small bit on the right of the opening display. I've tried full screen, small screen, nothing works to expand the field.

Philip...I've never made any custom changes to the backend with the exception of this thread which allows for the display of the number of orders a customer has done so I can see when I have a new customer purchase or not.

Philip...thank you. I will try to get on this today or tomorrow. I again apologize for not replying sooner. I'm not sure why...but sometimes I don't get notified of responses on these forums (it's been an issue for years). Nothing in my Spam folder, nothing in inbox, I've unsubscribed & re-subscribed and still nothing comes through. Meanwhile...other threads I'm watching I get notified...very odd.
