Email field not displayed in confirmation mail

Hi,

I'm sorry to bother you with this, but I just can't find the answer myself. Issue: client is placing an order, the confirmation mail is being send, but there's no registered e-mail in the confirmation mail, only the name and address.

Can you please give me a hint where to find the right setting? If needed, I can provide you with screenshots, please let me know.

Hi,

In the email sent to the shop owner, the reply-to contains the email address of the customer. So you should already be able to see it when trying to reply to the email.
If you want to make it more obvious, you can edit the email in the System>Emails menu and add the corresponding tag to the email's HTML version. You have a "list of tags" button to get the list of all the possible tags.
