Yes, but if you only change the logo and that the version of the file of the template on which you did the modification is an old version, then you're missing on the modifications we made since then to the template.
I would recommend switching back to the default template in order to see if you still have the issue. And if not, do again the customization based on the new version of the default email template.
If that doesn't help, please provide a backend access so that we can check the situation.
Maybe the issue is somewhere else ?
What application are you using on your smartphone in order to open the email ?
