Case - additional email assumptions:
- digital product - pdf
- additional user field when purchasing - different / second destination e-mail address (optional field)
- after paying for the purchase, a standard post-purchase e-mail and an additional (second) e-mail with a defined text, invoice number and a link to download the PDF are sent to the address from the user's additional e-mail field
- the additional email has: description - different than the standard one, download link, invoice number
- if the additional field is left blank, an email with a download link is sent only to the buyer's email address (standard)
Thank you in advance for your answers

Hi,

HikaShop has no mechanism for the merchant to create new emails.
A plugin can however, plugin itself to HikaShop's events ( www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/6...r-documentation.html ) and send an extra email.
For example, we released a few days ago a new "Review" plugin :
www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/121-review-plugin.html
This plugin will send a new email after an order is purchased to ask the customer to place a review.
The email of that plugin can even be customized via the menu System>Emails of HikaShop.

So I see two options to do what you want:
- You ask a developer to develop a plugin from scratch to send the email.
- You purchase that review plugin and customize the email (or have a developer customize it for you) so that it contains what you want. Having the recipient email changed to the value of a custom field can be done as part of the customization process.

We could work on that customization process for you if necessary. I expect this to cost a few hundred euros.

Now, I can also propose an alternative:
Instead of sending a separate email, you could just add the value of the custom field as a CC of the original email sent to the customer after his purchase. This could be done with a small customization of the order status notification email of HikaShop (2 lines of PHP).
