contact button on ordrer page

-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.20
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.13

In order page a button "Contact us about your order" appears.
How can I remove/disable it?

Hi,

Go in the menu System>Order statuses of HikaShop.
There, under the "contact button" column, you can select the order statuses for which you want this button to be visible. If you disable all the statuses under that column, the button will never be visible.
