Hi!

How can I replace SqeezeBox by JCE MediaBox to show product images? I do not use Shadowbox.

Hi,

I've made a quick image display override for that.
I didn't test it but looking at the JCE media box documentation, it should be ok.
You need to copy the php file in the templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html folder and make sure that the JCE media box system is activated.

Is there any way to change the alignment of the picture title in JCE Mediabox popup, who is called from product page?

I tried with chrome and JCE and that integration file and it's working fine on my end.

I think that you can change the alignment of the text in that popup with some CSS:
#jcemediabox-popup-caption{text-align:left;}
But please ask questions related to the JCE media box popup to the JCE media box popup support. They should be able to answer better than us.

I send 2 screenshots - I think, that problem is "width". In IE is correct, but in Chrome is 0px. Maybe it will be useful.
Can You help me, please?

I checked again but don't have the problem.

Do you have any javascript error on the page ?

Could you give a link to that page so that we can see the HTML/javascript ?

Hi Nicolas,
I'm used your php override hikashop_image.php - it workes right, but enabled a other script that I have in use for the image zoom ArtZoomIn (is written by artetics - see attached). That file replaced the image.php in administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers

The problem is that in some browsers are disappearing the tiny images and in all browsers only one of the images can zoomed in.
Without the plugin it works right.
Have a look here: www.nicething.de/2014/index.php/componen...ukt/14-holzbox-fisch
(the site is not reade yet)

Can you or one of your colleges help me and change the hikashop_image.php a bit, quizas?

Thanks,
Jonas

Hi,

I'm sorry but you'll have to see that with ArtZoomIn if their plugin is not compatible with your changes.

Hi Nicolas,
the ArtZoomIn works right with shadowbox on my joomla 2.5 site (with the hikashop override for shadowbox and the overrides from artetics). Example here:
www.nicething.de/nicething/index.php/gla...as-tropische-eiszeit

But now I want change the site to joomla 3 and shadowbox dosn't exist for this joomla version. I hoped that the JCE Mediabox is the right tool to replace a simple function to add an menu and a headline for the opend pictures.

You have an idea or another simle (and low cost) solution for something like what you can see in the product link above?

Thanks,
jonas

Hi,

Even if the shadowbox plugin is not compatible with Joomla 3, you can integrate the Shadowbox Javascript library directly in your template.

Thanks! It's very interesting for me!

Can you explain me a little bit how I have to integrate this. I'm not very firm in scripts ;-(

Hi,

You have to add the javascript file of the Shadowbox library in the folder js of your template in "templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/js" (you can create this folder if it doesn't exist).
And then edit you index.php file in "templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/", to add the html tag in the head part for adding js library:

<script type="text/javascript" src="xxxxxxxxxx"></script>

Hi,

We've looked a bit at the plugin and made a version compatible with Joomla 3 that you can get here:
www.hikashop.com/shadowbox.zip
We've also contacted the developers and offered them the modified package. They should release a Joomla 3 compatible plugin soon.
