FirstData not correctly updating hikashop

I am getting closer. Using the Authorize.net plugin to connect to First Data (FD)

This is my response relay URL entered at FD

Here is what is happening:
A successful card process updates the order as cancelled
A declined card does not update the order at all and the order remains as created

From the User point of view a declined card sends them to the receipt page that is defined in the FD control panel. So they have no way of knowing their transaction has been declined.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Hi,

The Authorize.net plugin send an email to the administrator for each error.
If the order is canceled you should have receive an email with the explanation.

Otherwise, we can't even know.
Unfortunately we are not soothsayers.

sure here is the heading of the email I get it is pretty vague:

A problem occurred while connecting to the Relay Response URL for Payment Page ID WSP-XXXXXXXXXXX.

www.DOMAIN.com/index.php?option=com_hika...ng=en&Itemid=183

The receipt for the transaction for which the Relay Response was being sent is:


I can provide the rest of the info by email if you like.

I have spent about the last 5 hours on this and can not seem to solve it.

Any help is really appreciated.
