Payment method switched off but still shows

Hi,

In the payment methods I see 4 methods while I have only 2 active (IDEAL and Paypal). Refresh and clean cache gives no result.

I have not seen this before. Any ideas?

I managed to deactivate them of but not by the normal way.

I add 2 images.

Image 1 of the methods, where in my instance IDEAL PAYPAL was switched off but still showing.
Image 2 of the method itself. The arrow points to thing I put to NONE. The title (dutch) is entry level. Indeed if I put it to ALL it shows up again.

With this workaround it seems to be fixed for me, but still it is weird that it shows while deactivated.
