paypal not showing up (read FAQ, and forum posts)

paypal plugin is enabled in plugin manager, using the currency CAD, and there are no restrictions currently in effect, for some reason it's not showing up as a payment option on checkout.

Hi,

Have you the step "payment" in the checkout workflow ?
Do you have configured other payment methods ? If it is, are they displayed ?
Have your products a price ?

Yes we have the payment step in the workflow
We have a manual payment method (Cheque or call) that is displaying
the products do have a price yes.

solved it...

I had changed the currency code for "CAD" to be "CAD " (with a space). The Client had wanted a space between CAD and the price...that space broke it.

Is there something that can be changed in the cart to allow a change to currency code like this?

In that case, instead of adding a space in the currency code, you should instead simply turn on the option "Symbol and positive value space separation" of your currency.
