No Payment Methods showing

-- url of the page with the problem -- : mywebsite.com/mypage
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.1
-- PHP version -- :
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message - none

I Have installed the Starter free version. But under Payment methods - I don't see any payment options. It shows - "No record found". Although all payment plugins are enabled in the plugin manager. it does not show any error, just says "No record found"
Can you please advise what is the issue.

Hi,

i have read it, but there is no solution... but when i edit an payment method during test an order process, then the payment methods are shown, but no button to process the order.... and after an logout an go back to the shop, log in an try to order - no payment methods are shown ...

what is the way to fix it?

We'll need more information, so can you show me some screenshots explaining the issue that you are having, and of how did you configured you payment method ?

Dear Mohamed,

i have only the banktransfer method published. It is configured with the bank account data.

In the shop frontend, is these method not shown! What could have an influence of showing the payment methods?

Hi,

Xavier gave you a link to the FAQ which lists all the things which could have an influence on that.
So the answer lies in there.
Please provide a screenshot of the options of your payment method so that we can check it if you can't find the issue yourself.

I really don't think that your problem is the same than "meet_amith" who create this topic.
1/ You didn't provide useful information, like : your website url, your HikaShop version.
2/ I don't understand clearly you problem

I am sorry but it does not have any sense.
3/ Please provide a screenshot of your checkout workflow and a screenshot of your problem, if you can't formalized it with works, a picture will help us to help you.

Hello,

Now I am able to use all the other payment options. However My payment gateway is EBS.in
This payment option has been added and enabled in the backend but i don't see the payment method when i process the order from the front end.
As this is an Indian payment gateway (out of your current payment list) I want to make sure this works before buying the essential version (i need the essential version for guest checkout option)

Can you show me how did you configured your EBS payment method through some screenshots ? Also can you follow each step of the Payment methods section of the FAQ ? It will probably help you to solve your problem :).

Dear Jerome,

sorry for my bad englisch skills.... but the problem is the same. I have configured the Bank transfer as Payment Method, i have an Product in the shop and an registered user starts an order - for the order process see the screenshot.

In the Order process is only the delivery method available, and the the Payment Method is not shown. Then i had the idea to double check my payment options in an second browser window - i go to the hikashop in the joomla backend and edit the payment method. After saving the edited payment method i update the first browse window with my shop and the payment method is shown?!

Hi,
Did you solved your problem ? if not can you show me how did you configured your payment method through "Hikashop->System->Payment Methods->YourPaymentMethod" with some screenshots.

this is working now. It was currency issue. The main currency was set as $ wheras EBS was set as INR.

Dear Mohamed,

i have worked it out like you describe in your support site ( www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html#paym )

no good results, so i have remove all payment methods and set up three new methods and tree test products.

Now it is more confusing for me
- when i add only one product (witch is an software subscription packet) to the cart, the No Payment Method messages occurres (Screen 1)
- when i add two different products (two different subscription packets) to the cart, the configured payment methods are shown like i expect it (screen 2)

both subscriptions are akeeba subscriptions ...

how can i fix it?

You didn't set any restriction for your payment so can you give me a temporary access to your back-end through a private message, so that I test it myself and see from where the problem is really coming from ?

what is the state of your working on my case? I am a little a little confused about that fact that i have no response from you, you have an Backend Login to my system to do your support job and, as your paying customer, I'm addicted to your feedback and your Troubleshooting!

So, please give me only one "small" info that you working on it, and how i can help you to fix the Problem with the Payment Method! By the way, i have and deadline to bring the shop and the serials feature in productive state... and i need an fix from you asap
