Sorry for the delay, I'm currently working on it, after some tests, it seems like the problem is coming from your "Subscription level" option that you are using through your product page, I tested it with the "Subscription level" set to none and it was working fine with 1 product.
Can you give me more information about how did you set this option ?

EDIT

The problem is coming from the fact that you have set "recurring" subscription for your products, and the only payment method which can handle recurring payment is the Hikashop Paypal Recurring Payment Plugin as it's said on the documentation :

Then, if need recurring payments support, download the HikaShop PayPal recurring payment plugin

Dear Mohamed,

the subscription level is the definer of the runtime of the software we sell. We have different keys for each subscription level, and when you working offline with our software the security system of our software - and the key from the hika serial are able to turn of the installation of the customer when he don't renew his subscribtion.

For us, as an germany based business, is Paypal an not preferred payment service - because it is an US business and it depends on US Laws and regulations and is not trustworthy enough for us - we know some german business with a lot of trouble arround there money at Paypal - and that is the reason for to choose bank transfer, credit card and, i hope it comes to reality, to SofortBezahlen service.

For us is an Subscription System at Hika that only works with Paypal No System! What is the reason, that HikaShop is not able to handle more Payment Method in subscribtion based business cases? Is not this a very useful feature for your customer to decide with whom they conduct there sales?

But i will test the paypal way , to learn... and i hope you can give me an solution with an not US based Payment service!

btw. i have installed the paypal recuring plugin, and it don't work! Please have an look....

Thanks

Hi,

You didn't understand what Mohamed said.
He didn't say that you had to use PayPal in order to sell subscriptions.
He said that if you turn on the recurring option of the subscription, you need to have a recurring payment method configured and that the only one we developed so far is for PayPal.
But if you turn off that recurring option (which means that the money is transferred automatically every X months), you will be able to sell your subscriptions with any payment method we provide.

Hello, I had similar problem.

When user selects more than 5 items into a cart, and proceed to check out a message shows up: "No payment method found"

I had only paypal as payment option.

I solved the problem by changing restriction in Paypal plug in. See screen shot. I had to adjust Maximum quantity.
In my case even options was getting counted as an item, I had Maximum quantity set to 10. So when user chosen 5 t-shirt items plus 5 image options -- I got item counter limit of 10 items.

In you case the restriction could be other items such as weight, or minimum price, or volume. :)
