Paypal amount to pay is different from Hikashop's

Hi,

I'm using the Paypal sandbox at the moment and after all payments, the order status is set to "cancelled". The notification email from Hikashop says that the payed amount from Hikashop differs with 1 cent from Paypals amount.

Is it a rounding error or why is the difference? Isn't the amount to pay transferred from Hikashop to Paypal and so the amount has to be equal?
You write in the documentation to set the invalid status to confirmed but what happens if a transaction is really invalid beside the 1 cent difference, will this transactions then also threatened as confirmed?

If randomly the amount is equal, the status is open instead of confirmed.

Ok, I read in another thread that the difference in amount between Hikashop and Paypal is caused by "Send details of the order". So I set it to no. But I still have the problem that the status is showed as "open" (you say "open" doesn't exist, just "created" but then even the english translation is wrong). I activated IPN on Paypal with this url: www.xyz.de/index.php?option=com_hikashop...pl=component&lang=de in the buyers account. Or do I have to activate it in the seller account?

I enabled Debug in the plugin but no logfile is created under Configuration -> files -> media/com_hikashop ~/xxxx.log

If I use a redirect url (the main shop page), the thank you message doesn't appears anymore.

Hi,

Open indeed doesn't exist as a status. It must be another extension language file messing with our translation or the translation of HikaShop was changed on your website.
But it doesn't matter. The issue is that the orders are not confirmed and that's because HikaShop is not receiving paypal's notifications (and that's why the log is empty).
