-- url of the page with the problem -- : pamcoscreenprinting.com
-- HikaShop version -- : business
-- PHP version -- : x.x.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

I am receiving the Pay Pal payment receipts at my e-mail address. How do I change it so my customer gets the e-mails from her customers? It's the Pay Pal e-mails that say a customre has paid for an order and to claim your pay pal payment. Thanks, Sean

I don't think that PayPal has such option on their end for their notification emails. But you should ask that to them, not us. They know better their side than us :)

Why would they send me an order notification when It's not even my pay pal account set up on the website through HikaShop? It's my customers website and Pay Pal account. Thanks, Sean

You're talking about PayPal email payment receipts. They are sent directly by PayPal to the merchant/customer upon payment. HikaShop plays no role in that process.
Or maybe you want to talk about another kind of email ? In that case, please do a screenshot of the email as I don't know what you're talking about.

When I set up the Hikashop for my customer pamcoscreenprinting.com , they had me setup Pay Pal (through Hikashop) as a way of their customer paying for a product purchase. When a custorm purchases a product through pamco and pays for it by way of Pay Pal, I get the notification from Pay Pal about the payment indtead of Pamco. How do I change that so Pamco gets notified their customer made a payment. I'm just pamcos webmaster. Thanks, Sean

If you're talking about the PayPal email payment receipts, the only solution is to create a new PayPal account with the email you want and then change the email address of the PayPal plugin to that new account email.
But I don't know if you can register twice the same company in PayPal, and I didn't see any option in PayPal to change the email address of a PayPal account.
Again, for the third time, why don't you ask PayPal about that ? On our end, even if we asked PayPal, they wouldn't allow us to change your PayPal account email address. You really need to see that with them as we cannot hlep you with that issue.

Hi Nicolas, It's not my Pay Pal account, it's the persons who I built the website for. My e-mail is not associated with that account in any way. So when a customer orders through Hikashop and uses Pay Pal to pay for that order, why would the receipt be sent to my e-mail address. It's not a Pay Pal issue, it has to have something to do with a setting in Hikashop Thanks, Sean

It's not possible. There is no way for HikaShop to tell to PayPal where to send the PayPal payment receipts.
Are you sure that you're talking about a PayPal payment receipt and not a HikaShop payment notification email ?
If you're talking about the notifictions of Hikashop, you can change the email address in the Emails settings of the configuration of HikaShop... but for PayPal payment receipts, we can't help you.

Not sure if you would actually call it a receipt but it says (insert customer name) sent you $**.** dollars.
Claim your money here etc...

It even shows up as a sale in Hika Shop in the back end. It's from Pay Pal and to my email address. I would post a screen shot of it but I don't think that would be a secure thing to put out in public. Thanks, Sean
