ccIDEAL gives "redirect loop"

When paying with cciDEAL, the process can not be completed. The payment goes through, however the final screen with the usual confirmation does not appear. Instead, there is an error message saying that there are too many re-directs ("This webpage has a redirect loop"). So customers do not know whether their payment went through or not. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Hi,

The plugin ccIDEAL is not developed by the HikaShop team.
If you don't have the problem with another payment plugin (like "collect on delivery" for example), please contact directly the developer of the ccIDEAL plugin in order to solve your plugin issue.
