ERROR -> Merchant code/password error

Hi there,

Im trying to setup a hikashop cart system to plugin to a worldpay test account. Using the admin backend form for the worldpay global payment system, i have input the correct admin code, merchant code, MAC secret and installation ID. The worldpay account itself is fine - i can login and configure both test settings and live settings and the settings in the account are the same as the settings i have input into the worlday global payment system in the backend of joomla. However, i am repetitively receiving an "ERROR -> Merchant code/password error." on the last webpage in the checkout process on my website, and i am not redirected to the worldpay payment page. I have checked and run this about 20 times already and it still isnt working. Any ideas on what i'm doing wrong here - has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you get around it?

If the error is coming from your worldpay Merchant code or password, you should directly ask to worldpay if your Merchant code/password are ok.
