Issue with First Data Payment Gateway

-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.gonmstars.com > shop menu item
-- HikaShop version -- :2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.19
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- There was an error during the connection with the First Data payment gateway

I've followed the steps from First Data and dropped the files in the folder and FTP'd them... getting hung on on the last step in the checkout process to process the payment. I know this is vague; but, any idea what the issue might be.

Can you give me more information about how did you configured your First Data payment mehtod and about the issue that you are having through some screenshots for example ?

nothing out of the ordinary- i followed the setup instructions for the gateway...



when you get to checkout nothing happens... pm me and ill be happy to send over admin access to take a look if you need to..

Hi,

Can you just put the absolute path for the PEM and KEY files ?
Just like explain in the documentation : www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...-firstdata-form.html
