Our payment system (PayU) require a click-on-agreement options. Before the costumers pay, they have to click a checkbox to accept they personal data will be stored by a payment system provider.
How can i create a click-on-agreement box that a necessary terms?
Plus I have to paste a short massage before the checkbox.

Hello,
1. The solution will just be to add the "Terms and conditions" action on your checkout workflow through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
2. You'll be able to add a custom message trough an order custom text custom field.
