paypal express checkout error

Hi, I receive this error "Connection failure - error code : 10431 , error message : Item amount is invalid." when i try to pay with paypal express checkout. Is the plugin that do not send correctly the amount in the cart? How can I resolve this?

Can you set the "Send details of the order" option of your Paypal payment method to "NO" and test it again ?

If I set it to "NO" I don't receive the error 10431 but the system doesn't work properly because no details of the cart are shown on paypal page and it create the order every time the paypal express checkout button is pressed even if the client cancel or he do not pay.
In this way it create the order before the user actually pay, cancel the order or abandon the page.

This issue happen because paypal don't round the prices like use.
We make the whole calcul and then round the final price, and Paypal don't seem to be doing it like that.
That's why this error happen and why we have added the option to not send the order details.
There is no really solution, but using this option.

This option don't change the way the orders are managed. When clicking on the payment button, it create the order in HikaShop even if it's not paid, etc. It's the normal behavior. It allow to have more statistics, or send email to customers who don't have finished their checkout...
