How to set up Recurring PayPal to a membership

Hi,
i have downloaded your PayPal recurring plugin.
I can see that after purchase a product/ membership a user can be assigned access to a group.

On my site i use regular Paypal plugin already.
Question - how to create access to a membership with PayPal recurring plugin? If possible - step by step please?

Sorry, you have sent me answer for initial question and i have changed it.
By the way Akeeba no longer support subscription - it is they recent decision. I need somethig that works now to sell membership.
