Alphauserpoints Order Cancellation

Hikashop Version - 2.3Business

I have the system configured to use the Alpha User Points Plugin/Payment Method and also configured to return points used on cancellation of an order - However, the system does not return points when and order status changes to Cancelled. Is there further configuration required to make this happen?

Hi,

Are you using the "AlphaUserPoints" plugin or the "user points" one ?
The "Alpha User Points" plugin is now "deprecated" and we recommend the use the "user points" one which is compatible with AUP too.

The "cancel" status has to be configured in the HikaShop configuration. You can configure more statuses for this "cancel" status into the global plugin configuration (Joomla side, not in the HikaShop interface).
