SagePay vendor email

Hi,

We recently upgraded to Hikashop 2.3.1 business edition and now we have noticed the "vendor email" is not being passed when a SagePay transaction happens.

Can you help?

Hi Jerome,

Apologies for posting in the wrong thread.

When processing an order using SagePay as the payment method the 'vendor address' (which I think is your Payment Notifications Email Address in Configuration, Main) is not being sent to Sage. So SagePay cannot email the vendor the status of the transaction.

This did work on Hikashop 2.2.3 but not on 2.3.1

Hi,

SagePay has never sent any vendor payment notification with our HikaShop integration.
It's the plugin itself which is sending it via HikaShop to that email address of the configuration.
And yes, there is a bug on that since HikaShop 2.3.0 which has been corrected on 2.3.2. So if you update to 2.3.2, you'll get the fix and you'll receive againt he admin payment notifications.
