Force Clear Cart for Bank Transfer Only

We have enabled 2 payment plug-ins, one for PayGate and the other is Bank Transfer.

We want the cart to be cleared when payment is complete with PayGate so have set this behaviour in the config. Works perfectly.

However, if a customer chooses Bank Transfer we want the cart to be cleared when they submit the bank transfer option. Although removeCart is being set to true in the banktransfer.php code I think that the Hikashop config is overriding this.

Is there a way to force the cart to be cleared in the banktransfer.php code?

That's maybe coming from a cache issue so can you disable the Joomla cache, and clear it ? You'll also have to disable it in the joomla config, and unpublish the cache plugin. Also can you clear your browser's cache and try it again ?

No, not a caching issue. We develop and test with the cache switched off, and I've tried this with a browser reset and get the same result, i.e. the cart is not cleared on order creation. Happy to share URL privately.

I see you are using the 2.3.0 version of Hikashop. As I can't reproduce this issue, could you try with the very last version of Hikashop (2.3.2)? It might solve the problem. If it doesn't feel free to send us credentials to your website (by PM or via the contact form).
