Hi!
I have install Hikashop in my web. With "PASARELA DE PAGO REDSÝS PARA HIKASHOP" module for the payment.

Everything works ok. But when I do the payment in the virtual TPV. I got this mail.

The best solution will probably be to directly contact bank about their email.

Buenas,

Lo que indica el mensaje es precisamente eso, que un intento de pago ha fallado. Alguien ha intentado pagar usando el método de tarjeta de crédito y el resultado de la operación no ha sido correcto. Puede que haya puesto mal el número de tarjeta, no tenga saldo....podrás consultar información más detallada de la operación fallida en el backoffice de Redsýs.

@Edurne : HikaShop didn't develop the plugin, so we can't provide support on it, like you can understand.
Please see with ModulosDePago and their support directly.

Please also understand that we don't speak and provide support in Spanish ; this forum is fully in English except for the section "HikaShop around the world".

I just mentioned that the email she is receving relates to an unsuccesfull payment attempt in her shop
