-- HikaShop version -- : Essential 2.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2

Hello,
I'm fully satisfied of your great Hikashop that I use for a client (Essential version).
I'm providing him an e-commerce site for him, and my payment is a fee on each sale.
Up to now only him earns money, because payments are made on his bank accout.
Up to now I have many difficulties to be paid afterwards, even many months after the sales.

Therefore I would like to know if it would be possible, that for each transaction, I could be directly paid for my fee.

Ex. for a fee of 10%, the customer pay 100€
My client receive 90€ and I receive 10€
It would mean that for a single payment by the customer, there are 2 payments on 2 bank accounts.

Could it be possible to do that ?
I desperate to find a solution to get money for my work (at least for future sales) :(
Thanks a lot for your help

Hi,

I don't know the exact thing that you want to perform but HikaMarket multi-vendor might be useful for your case.
Even if you don't have several vendors, you want to be vendor for each sale and so, calculate a fee for the confirmed sales.

HikaMarket do a lot of other things, so there are some features that you wouldn't use but, I think it can help you.

Hi,
thanks for answering. We can switch to french if you want ;)

I just want to get a fee immediately on each transaction.
I don't clearly understand how payments are made.

For the customer side, who appears on the bill ? it should be my client, who realize the prestation.
The client bill should be 100€ debited to my client.
I should receive 10€ and my client 90€

Does Hikamarket works like that ?
The important thing is that my client is responsible of the prestation and should be mentioned on the bill.

Hi,

Okay, let's switch to French

Cordialement,
