Paypal Express Issue with restriction

Hi,
we have paypal express setup with a £50 restriction which work fine and does not show however as soon as a user logs in the button appears and they can then checkout below the amount.

Any ideas how to fix?

Hi,

Are you sure that the cart amount don't change ? Especially the taxes ?
In the payment method settings, after the restriction on the price you have the option "With tax" present.
So enable it or disable it regarding your needs

Is not the tax. The restriction is £50 and i added an item with just £8.

Can you show us some screenshots of how you configured :
- Your payment method through "Hikashop->System->Payment methods->'YourPaymentMethod'"
- Your checkout workflow through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"

Can you disable the Joomla cache, and clear it ? And disable it in the joomla config, and unpublish the cache plugin. Also can you clear your browser's cache and try it again.

Just had another customer come back to me who is on 2.3.2 saying that the paypal express restrictions are nolonger working

it has as shipping restriction of below £50 which works but the paypall express minimum of 50 is not being taken into account and the paypal express logo is showing straight away.

Need to find a solution.
