Restrictions in the payment methods not showing pe

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.1.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.11
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : FF 32.0.3

The restrictions in the payment methods are very limited in my instalation!
How can i limit by minimum value?

The upgrade to the last version solve my problem.
