-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error 10565: The merchant country is not supported.

I've the following error with Pay Pal Pro: "Error 10565: The merchant country is not supported". Do you know the reasons?

Hi,

The PayPal Pro payment gateway in only available in the USA, UK, Canada. It means that your PayPal merchant account has an address outside these countries and thus you can't use PayPal Pro.

Paypal pro is working also in Italy and I've actived with Paypal. here the link of the documentations : www.paypalobjects.com/webstatic/it_IT/de...pdf/paypalpro_it.pdf

maybe i should use a different plug in?

Hi,

The documentation you linked is in Italian for sure but it does not say that "Paypal Pro (direct payment)" is available in Italy.
Here a page which talk about the Paypal Pro used by the "Paypal pro" plugin :

As you will see, only US, UK and Canada are listed in the countries.

PayPal Payments Pro (Direct Payment) is available in the United States. It is also known as Website Payments Pro which is available in Canada and the United Kingdom. Minor regional differences include transaction limits, the kinds of credit cards accepted, and address information.
