Function Error - Credit Card Payment Plugin

I have 4 payment methods active in the shop package I am setting up, 3 of these work but the Credit Card option does not unless it is placed in position 1 so that it is open and selected automatically when going to the checkout page. If used without any change it works fine.
However if any other payment method is selected then it is no longer possible to go back or reselect Credit CArd as a payment option - i.e. Toggling not working.
In the event that Credit Card is not the first item in the payment options, then it cannot be selected as a payment method - clicking the link for this method opens the window for card details input, but does not change the selected payment method in the checkout and you cannot complete the transaction.
Nicolas is aware via separate email and has login details - I have raised here for benefit of any one else experiencing a similar problem.
This may also be related to a similar issue Nicolas kindly sorted for us where Toggling of Category listings would only work once for each category - fix was to force use of Mootools rather than Bootstrap toggling to overcome a script clash somewhere.

I still see a problem in that if you change the preselected Pay by Card option to select Bank Transfer, for example, the You chose the Payment Method at the bottom of the page updates correctly to show Bank Payment or any other option you select, - now reselect Pay by Card - the radio button checks On the payment details dropdown works BUT the chosen payment method does not update it still shows Bank Payment and any attempt to complete the order, even after filling the CC details simply goes to the Bank Payment screen. So even though the selector radio button is working the change is not being carried through to the payment system.

The only circumstance under which the Pay by Card works is if it is used without any attempt to toggle through any of the other alternatives. In that condition it works fine.

I could not replicate the log in issue you mentioned? It works fine for me and also for my customer on both front and back end.

Incidentally the site has moved directory to 173.199.133.140/~thecoinc/

Please could you try selecting different options for payment and then reselect Pay by Card and you will see what I mean. Also, if you make another payment method the default, so that pay by card is lower down the list, you can never select it so it works as you first have to use the radio select.

Hi Nicolas,

I am still not able to get the credit card selection to work correctly. I even tried installing the default Beez template to test and I get exactly the same issue with this template also. If any attempt is made to select a different payment method you can no longer go back to Credit Card and get the payment method to update.

The radio button function and update of payment method works fine with all the other payment options, only not with Credit Card, even though the check button displays ticked, the payment method does not update. If the problem is a script clash then I would expect the radio button/ payment method switching not to work for any of the payment methods, not just this one instance. Could the problem be an incompatibility with the plugin in Joomla version 3.3.6?

Hello Chris,
Sorry for the late reply, I've done some tests through your website using a Chrome browser and :
- When I selected another payment method the payment method was correctly selected and submitted thanks to the "Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection" option that you have set to YES through the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Also note that the Credit card option worked perfectly fine.
