It's impossible to get PayPal payments

It's impossible to get PayPal payments, because of this:

Can you tell me, where and how do you exactly get that error message ? Can you also show me how did you configured your Paypal payment method through some screenshots ?

The payment is going well.
After payment when the customer returns to the Hikashop then the status is not set to 'confirmed'.

Ok,
Can you please :
- Check that the debug mode option is ON through your PayPal payment configuration page
- Test it again
- Show me your Payment log file content.

You'll be able to check your payment log file through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main" by using the "See the report" button of your Payment log file option.

There were some PayPal payments.
At the bottom the error-log. It says: Ordernumer 1 not found.

We get this error-mail from PayPal:

Als u deze URL(s) niet herkent, gebruikt u mogelijk een service provider die IPN (direct betaalbericht) namens u gebruikt. Neem contact op met uw service provider met de bovenstaande informatie.

Zodra u of uw service provider dit probleem heeft opgelost, kunt u of uw service provider de niet aangekomen berichten opnieuw verzenden vanaf de pagina IPN-geschiedenis. Als het probleem zich nog altijd voordoet, kan PayPal de functie IPN voor uw rekening uitschakelen.

Hi,

When you're talking about the error log ; which error log is it exactly ?
I don't see any reference at such text in the "paypal" plugin ; so I don't think that the plugin display you this error (there are some error message that the plugin can display but they are all in english, without translations).

Do you have some things in the "payment log" in the HikaShop configuration ?

Hi,

I really don't understand how you can have such error message because there is no such message in HikaShop, and no more in the "nl-NL" language file.
Did you modified the paypal plugin ?

Thanks for the access but when we tried to login in the backend ; we have a second step of authentication by "htpasswd".
And we don't have credentials for that.
