Credit card payement doesn't work

Hi,

I have a problem with the credit card payement. When customer chose this method, after putting his informations nothing happened when he submit it.

Indeed when trying to pay with credit card the page reloads the checkout page with no message/error.
The order does not submit and payment not debited from credit card.

Hi,

Are you sure that nothing happened ?
I made a test on your website and the credit cart plugin seems to work normally.
The first time the customer submit the form with the credit cart details, it refresh the checkout to the same page in order to display the confirmation ; the credit cart details are no more editable so the user can check once more and validate to confirm the order.

Yes it's when the user validate to confirm the order that nothing happened.

I am having exactly the same issue

nothing happens at credit card submit - page just keeps reloading

do i need to open my own support ticket - i have a current subscription

please help!

We were indeed able to reproduce the problem on your websites.
Please replace the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/payment.php by the one in this archive and that should help:

Hi,

It was just a little check issue on the $ret variable in the "readCC" function of the payment class.
So very specific case, not affecting the other payment methods.

I'm still having the issue with the credit card payment system. I've uploaded the new Payment.php file and it's just staying on the same page. I use Virtual Merchant and have a merchant account the Converge (formerly Virtual Merchant ). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, I'm trying to launch this Monday for thanksgiving week. NEED HELP!

Also I have Paypal as a payment option but even after selecting it the radio button won't engage.

Update, I think I've solved the problem....Successfully processed a card. however I get this message now as well

the folder /var/www/vhosts/zerrysclothierandrentals.com/httpdocs/media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/50x50fsO is not writable

Yes I do have the ("force image size option checked NO")

Please check the permissions of the folder /var/www/vhosts/zerrysclothierandrentals.com/httpdocs/media/com_hikashop/upload and its sub folders via FTP and make sure that they are writable and it should then work.
