I am having a problem with the Paypal plug in where the ship to address is not transferred over to Paypal when a payment is made. My site has not gone live yet and I have been testing this in the Sandbox environment. I've done a lot of research on the issue and have tried various methods, however, none of them are working.
To be more specific, the problem only happens when the address is US based. If I use a shipping address outside of the US, the address transfers over to Paypal and shows up on the receipt notification generated by Paypal. Following the advice of other posts, I attempted to make changes to the Address Override field and the No Ship field. I have tried every combination of those two fields to no avail.
On a side note I enabled every address field in the Custom Views as what recommended in other posts as well.
I've also read in other posts that have said you can do a quick check to see if the address is being sent by Hikashop to Paypal by looking at the other payment tab where you can pay with a credit card. Based off that, I think I know what might be causing the problem. If I use the combination Address Override = Yes and No Ship = Yes (other combinations either give errors or the paypal receipt has no address), the credit card screen on Paypal shows the correct shipping address with the exception of the State field. My guess is the State field is not being sent from Hikashop and that is causing the problem. Again I've tried every combination and made sure all address fields are enabled but now I am at a stopping point and would like some help. I can PM a temporary Admin account if that will help as the beta site is offline.
