E-Mail after order is successfully paid?

How can i test if a order is successfully paid/confirmed if a additional email will be sent? My customer wish to have also a email if a order is successfully paid/confirmed where is a text placed lik "your order was successfully paid, thank you..."?

Note that if your "Order status notification" email is published via "Hikashop->System->Emails", your customer will always be notified his order status changed, so when his order will be paid/confirmed he will received an email.
