At this time the easiest solution will be to create a shipping method, restrict it on this product (or on its category), and then create a second paypal method with the desired paypal account, restrict this paypal method on the previously created shipping method.

And you need to have the option "Force shipping regardless of weight " in Configuration > Checkout > Shipping & Payment enabled.
