Payment options has disappeared at checkout

Hi,
A strange problem has occured with my site at checkout.
I have set up 4 different payment options:
PayPal
Collect om delivery -Option 1 (DHL Collect on delivery)
Collect on delivery
HikaShop bank transfer payment plugin

Now I only get the last payment option to display at the checkout... I have not set up aything different in the payment or shipment options so why has all the other options vanished?
The shop is live and I really need these options to work, how can I get them back again?

Hi,


Check the different points listed in the FAQ regarding that issue and you should find the problem:

Looking at your screenshot I can see the currency kr kr. Normally, it should be "kr DKK" so I would recommend to put back the currency code as pointed on the point 7 of the FAQ:

7) Please make sure that you didn't change the currency code of your currency. Otherwise, the payment plugins won't recognize your currency. If you want to change the display of your currency, we invite you to use the "format" option on the right of the currency options screen as well as the symbol field.

Hi,
Ooops I did change the currency code because I wanted to have the Swedish currency displayed as kr instead of SEK so the only solution I found was to erase the old Swedish currency and add a new one where I could set up the SEK to kr.

So now when I have reconstructed a currency with the SEK code it seem to work again.
Only one problem...

The currency wont display on any product in the product view in the shop.
The solution is time demanding...
I have to click on each product and then save in order to activate the currency to display the price.
Can I do this with a mass action or do I really have to open and save all products one by one?
I have hundreds of products so this will take hours... :(

Any kind of assistance is highly appreciated!

Hi,

Nicolas just wanted to say that you could edit the existing Swedish currency instead of creating a new one.

It will allow you to not edit all of your products to edit the currency ; even if you can use a mass action to perform the modification, in mass.
