Has anybody developed it?

Are there plans for an imminent release from the HikaShop team?

I got this extra technical information from the TranscatPro company.

Okay.
If you can share the other path it might be useful for someone else.

The plugin "Transaction Pro" is already in our TODO list but is in the long list of payment methods ; so we can't provide any schedule for his implementation and it could be more interesting to ask to a third developer.
