Shorten Paypal redirect delay 10 seconds

When an order is created, the customer sees a checkout page telling them to wait a few seconds before getting redirected to the payment provider (paypal) or if it doesn't to click on a button.
Is it possible to shorten the delay to 3 seconds instead of 10 seconds.
I can't find any settings in the configuration, and also searched google for clues.

We don't set any delay, the form is sent directly.
But to change the message to replace 10 by 3, you can do a translation override on the key CLICK_ON_BUTTON_IF_NOT_REDIRECTED
