Hello,
The alipay payment method can't handle the "partner" mode for the moment, you should use the "direct" mode.

That means , clinet has to get new API credentials for direct method..? Then "Direct Mode" should be selected from dropdown option..?

The client has given us the API and checked with Alipay. All configurations are correct.

The client can only use dual payment mode.they can not use direct as their company website is outside china and therefore does not have an Icp license. Can we have partner mode working please otherwise this whole plugin is useless for all of our clients who want to sell in china but are not based in china. Please can you get partner method working? Many thanks
