-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29

Hi all,
My second post on this forum, and the first threath is almost solved.
you solve one problem and the other problem comes...

Apologies but the front-end language is German. If that is a problem, let me know and I change it to Englisch

When I try to place an order, I can press the "order button (Kaufen) but nothing happens?
A link is showed in the top (browser) see attached.

But nothing is happing afterwards... why?

Beside that, my payment option is now set to PayPal, but I like to import some other plugin options like IDEAL and BANK TRANSFER. Is there anyone who is having experience with adding those plugins to Hukashop starter?

Probably the above is something for a new topic, but I'm sure this will be the next issue when the above is solved.

Unfortunately I do not know everything, so please help me!

Reading some other topics I found a option called: checkout progress with ending

I have enabled this option to see where he hangs
See attached the option which I found on the Checkout page "inside configuration"

Now I can see the progress bar and when pressing order "Kaufen" it stays on that page with the option displayed below:

I hope this information will help you (and me)?

Hi again,

I think you'll need to solve your first problem first: I just tried to log in on the checkout page, but it didn't work... and I can't tell why because there's no system message coming up - as discussed in your other thread here: www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/87...ase-help.html#191841

However - maybe you looked at it briefly already, but you find a lot of explanations for configuration and settings in the documentation here: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation.html - note the search field.

Particularly the part on main system configuration is a must-read: www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...hikashop-config.html

On payment methods: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation.html#hk5

I'm sure, on close look you'll find a lot more there yourself, too.

Yes, now I can log in during checkout. I didn't know why I couldn't earlier because there are no system messages to tell me.

And when attempting to continue checkout but it doesn't work, I don't know why, probably because there are no system messages to tell me.

It is very difficult to say anything without feedback. Which is why I said, "I think you'll need to solve your first problem first" - the system messages. Maybe try to set Error Reporting to "Maximum", see if that helps.

Well-meant advice:
1. First, get the system messages to work to have feedback. (Otherwise you and us here are blind, sometimes.)
2. Then, try to get basic configuration and settings right with the help of documentation (as linked to), maybe some forum search, and certainly trial & error. (We've all done it, it might take a while, but the learning is steep and fun. Possibly do it not on the live site, but in a cloned install in a "hidden" subdomain.)
3. Always, focus on solving one problem at a time. Turning several knobs at once does usually not help greatly.

Cheers! :)

P.S.: Also, AFAIK there's no way to log out from your site. So, one is logged in for as long as the session lasts. You'll see, not so great for testing - need to delete cookies each time. ;)
