Debit card checkout. Is it possible ?

Hello,
I am looking for a new payment method to install on my website and i would really like to offer the customer a debit card checkout (same as when you buy from amazon or airplane tickets) where you have the option to add your debit card details and pay them. Is there such payment plugin?

Hi,

Sure. You need to have a merchant account with a payment gateway which supports that and which has a plugin which was developed for that type of payment.
I see that you're based in the UK. In that case, you could try the payment gateway CardSave. The integration we developed for CardSave supports credit card payments directly on the shop website.
I suppose that Authorize.net should also allow you to do that and probably a few others that I don't remember off the top of my head.

By merchant account you mean i need to pay subscriptions right? Isn't there any free way (like paypal) that once the transaction is done they charge a small fee?
Also you have many payment plugins that accept credit cards. I am not interested in credit card payment but in debit card payment (you know this sort that you get from your bank and use in the ATM's)

Hi,

There are a lot of payment plugin in HikaShop and for each payment plugin, there is one (or several) payment platform (provider).
It means that you first need to find the payment provide with something which feet to your expectations ; some are using subscription, other not...
