Payment of orders not paid immediately not working

After updating to Hikashop 2.4.0 I can't get the "complete the payment"-function in front end to work. Earlier if, for any reason, the payment was cancelled or interrupted, the customer could go back to the "previos orders"-page and push a button on that order and then return to the page for finnishing the payment. I have two different payment plugins; EPay and PayPal, and it's the same problem with both. Of course the "Payment of orders not paid immediately" is set to yes in the back end. Any thoughts...?

YES! The field "Unpaid order statuses" was blank. When I filled in the correct order status here, the button showed up in the front end! Thanks!

We are seeing the "pay now" button and option for changing the payment method on the "Orders" layout but not on the individual order views.

Is there an option for showing the button and dropdown on the individual order view? We are displaying the customers' order list on their CB profile using the Hikashop CB plugin so the customers never navigate to the hikashop "Orders" view.
