payments showing but not published

We have a running website with a few problems:

- translation of the cart title is not appearing normal.
- payment methods are all visible even if not published
- doesn't show shipping methods even if they are available

After some own invest i can say none of the changes are affective

If you have an error through you translation file, by activating the Joomla Debug language, the "**Joomla! Debug Console**" will help you to find from where your issue is coming.

Can you show me how you configured one of the payment method which is showing but that you have "unpublished"

I have the same problem. I activated some payment methods, but when I deactivated them, they still show. Maybe something in the database goes wrong and the method is not switched off.

Overboeking per bank (ID 22), this is a HikaShop bank transfer payment plugin

Non-active payments that still show:
iDEAL (ID 23), this is a iDEAL Checkout plugin
Handmatig overboeken (ID 11), this is a iDEAL Checkout plugin

Yes, also with hikashop payment plugin.

I found the solution:
I disabled the payment in two places, so that it won't show in the cart:
1. in Hikashop > System > Payment methods
2. In Extensions > Plugin manager

the problem was in the extension itself. i solved this in db

is there anybody that has a working solution for bancontact payments on the site?
