Pay by check option

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4
-- PHP version -- : 5

I would like to know if it's possible to have a payment method to let people pay by check?

Only logged in users of a specific group will be able to choose "Pay by check" if they want.

If it's possible, do you have documentation about it?

Yes, that's possible. Simply create a new payment method of the type hikashop check payment plugin via the menu System>Payment methods.
