I would like to set several differents minimums of order depending on coupons or zip codes.

The minimum has to be 50€ for normal users (a minimum set in the CM CIC paiement plugin), but I would like to have a minimum of 25€ for an other type of client who's got a coupon, for what I am using Awo Coupon Pro.

The minimum order set in Awo Coupon Pro can't override the minimum set in the CM CIC paiement plugin.

How can I set different minimum of order ?

Thank you

Hello,
What do you exactly mean by "minimum of order" ? Are you talking about the "Minimum order value" option of your coupon configuration page ?
If that's the case, note that you'll only be able to set different coupons based on :
- the products and their categories
- the zone
- the customer user group

Thank you very much for your quick reply

I mean the minimum of amount accept by any order makes through the bank plugin (the only way of payment on my website).

I would like one minimum by default of 50€. It means for general customers, without coupons, the amount of the order has to be at least 50€. But in some case, thanks to a coupon, this minimum could be 25€.

The bank plugin accepts only one minimum (as on the image linked)

We can set a different one with Awo Coupon Pro (as on the image linked)

But this one can be smaller than the first one.

Is there a way for the bank plugin to be connected with the profile user to recognize if he has a coupon or not ?
Or to recognize his zip codes in order to have different minimums related to local zones ?

Thank you for your help

Hi,

You can't have different minimum prices based on AWO coupons as there is no connection between them. That would require a custom plugin to be developed to handle that.
You can however have different minimum prices based on the post code of the customer.
You can do that by creating several payment methods for your payment plugin via the "new" button of the System>Payment methods menu and then, in each one you can use the minimum post code and maximum post code settings in order to define the range of the post codes for that particular payment method and then configure the "minimum price" setting corresponding to the range of the post codes that you configured.

Thank you for your reply.

To set 2 differents payment methods with different range of zip code is the easiest way to solve my problem.

So I set a min and max zip code in the first payment method, which is working to have a first minimum of order, let say 50€.
But. I created a second payment method with an other range of zip codes, for a minimum of order of 30€, and this one is not working. I have an error message telling that i am not respecting the minimum of order.

Is there something else to do ?

Other question: If I solved that, would the customer have to choose between the 2 or they could be automaticaly headed to the payment method corresponding to the zip code ?

Thank you

Hi,

1. There must be a problem with the way the payment method settings are set. Could you provide a screenshot of the settings (you can blur the sensitive data) of each one ?

2. That's already the case. The customer will only see the payment method relative to his zip code (provided that the min and max zip code settings are properly configured).

The first one, with a minimum of 49.99€: for customers living in zip codes from 75000 to 96000, which is not working

The second, with a minimum of 24.99€: for specials customers without zip code, which is working

Whatever I put in one the zip code fields, the payment method will not be working. It's seems that the plugin doesn't identify any zip code in the profile of the user

Hi,

The settings mean that the payment method will only display if your address post code is between 75000 and 96000 ( what post code did you use for your tests? ), and if the total amount of the order is above 49.99 EUR (is that the case ?), and if the country selected in the address is France and if the current currency is EUR.

In all the other cases, it won't display. So I can only assume that one of the conditions isn't met for the payment method to display.
Remove the restrictions one by one and see which one causes the problem.
If it really comes from the post code, please provide a screenshot of the address form where you entered your address and a screenshot of the listing of custom fields in your backend.

Yes the problem came from there. In the adress form the zip code field was a scrolling list. I changed it as a text field and it works !

However I still have to fill the zip code in each payment methods. If I let one without zip code it will be choosen by default even if the zip code of the customer is included in a range of zip codes of an other payment method. But it s ok about that, I will force everyone to choose a zip code

Thank you so much for your help

Hi,

HikaShop will preselect the first payment method of the list. So if you have several payment methods, you can change their order so that the one you want is the first one and gets preselected on the payment method selection interface of the checkout.
