PayPal Advanced Silent Post (is it set?)

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3

We are currently using the PayPal Advanced Payment plugin and are having the following issue:

Cart and sending information to PayPal seem to be working, but it appears that either PayPal is not sending the confirmation back to the site, or PayPal is sending confirmation back, but HikaShop is not getting it. Our orders stay at the "created" status, even though they have been processed by PayPal. We are running out of debug options and the site is live now, so it's somewhat critical to get this fixed.

Could anyone assist? I'm starting to wonder if HikaShop is passing the silent post URL properly... is there somewhere I could check to make sure it's functioning correctly?

Thanks for any help from anyone, getting kinda desperate!
