Cancelled payment process after checkout

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message!

Hi all!

I'm a little confused right now. I have a customer who made an order and used PayPal as payment method (it's the only method we offer).
Unfortunately he had problems with PayPal so his order status is still "new". Is he able to continue the payment afterwards (e.g. by opening his order)? So I can't see an option to set this. :(

Hi,

Yes, it's possible. For that, you want to turn on the "Payment of orders not paid immediately" setting and configure the "Unpaid order statuses" setting of your HikaShop configuration.
Then, on the orders listing of the customer, he will get a "pay" button for orders not yet paid.
To allow the customers to access that listing easily, you can create a new menu item of the type hikashop order listing via the Joomla menu manager.

Hi,

that sounds good. Where can I find the setting "Payment of orders not paid immediately"? The "Unpaid order statuses" is already configured to "Waiting for payment" in main settings -> order. Is that the status you meant?

The page for my customers is set already ("My profile -> my orders").

By the way: I'm using the free version of HikaShop.

Is it possible that you meant the setting in main settings -> orders ("allow later payments" [translated from German]?
