Hi,
The "send email" setting in the SagePay plugin is related to SagePay.
And here the details of the possible values for that setting
0 : None
1 : Vendor
2 : Vendor and Customer
Otherwise, HikaShop still send his own emails for the order confirmation, to the customer and to the administrator ; when the order is confirmed by the payment gateway.
