customers decide how many points to use

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Not showing how many points the customers can choose in check process

Hi there,

I need help with configure the user point settings. In my front end, it uses all the user points by default. But the customers can not choose how many points they want to use. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi,

There is no way to fix it because it's not a bug.
What you're asking for is a "feature request" and that request is already in the HikaShop TODO list for the "user points" plugins.
We can't provide any schedule for his implementation but we are fully aware that letting the user choose the number of points he want to use will be very interesting.

Another problem is,
How can the users see their points after login in?
I tried to make the customer field visible in front end, but the users can change their points.

Hi,

That's currently not possible in the user panel unless you're using a view override.
There is also a feature request for that specific feature.

For the view override, there is several threads which talked about it.
Like that one (which is in French but the Nicolas' message does not have a lot of french in it).
