Paypal Pro Plugin showing City name as "false"

About 2 weeks ago Paypal orders suddenly had the city as 'false' in Paypal. The city information is correct in Hikashop receipts, but not in Paypal...so when my client wants to order a stamp for his order, he has to manually enter the city name.

Don't worry ; we are professionals and we know our IP (and we also know a lot of different method to retrieve it).

Please provide a screenshot to illustrate the issue.
The Paypal pro did not have any single modification for that part in the last 3 years.
So I don't think that your issue is related to the Paypal Pro plugin (unless it has been modified manually).

See attached showing that the City name is correct in Hikashop but not in Paypal.

I don't see any reason this would happen unless you're not using the standard "address_city" custom field for collecting the customer's city. Can you check on that ?

If files of the plugin are available in the folder plugins/hikashoppayment/paypalpro/ on your own website.
